Meet the captain

Dylan has spent countless hours fishing Charleston’s waters and learning everything from the creeks and flats to the harbor and nearshore reefs. What started as a love for fishing quickly turned into a passion for spending as much time on the water as possible.

With Cutback Charters, he keeps every trip relaxed, personal, and centered around the group on board. Whether it’s someone’s first time fishing or they’ve been doing it for years, Dylan’s favorite part is getting people out on the water and helping make it a day they’ll remember.

I booked a 1 day charter for me and my 2 boys. Dylan was so professional and patient with my boys who had never fished before. He tought them how to tie lines and do everything in between. I don’t write reviews often, but Dylan was first class in every aspect. Hope to get back down here soon.
